Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Each entrant is responsible for keeping their Account information up to date and accurate as this is how we will notify winners.

How To Enter: To enter the Contest, all you need to do is be part of a Club that is working towards collecting the most Gold Stars for this event.Those persons who are involved with the development, production or distribution of the Contest, along with the officers, directors and employees of Sponsor and Scopely, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates, (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively as the “ Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members of and those living in the same household (whether related or not) as any of the individuals in the preceding categories, and any person whose access to TriPeaks has been terminated or suspended, are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Eligibility: Only legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, have a TriPeaks account (an “ Account”) and be a member of a Club at the time of entry are eligible to enter.By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of GSN Games, Inc., located at 33 New Montgomery Street, Suite 1550, San Francisco, CA 94105 (“ Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Furthermore, the top ten Clubs will all receive a number of boosters. If more than one Club ties for the number of Gold Stars collected, all Clubs that tie will receive a star named for their Club. At the end of the Promotion Period, data will be pulled to see which Club has collected the most Gold Stars, and that Club will have a Star named after them through.
The Club must collect more Gold Stars than any other Club between the dates.
Participants must be in a Club to participate.
